  3. Thanks! As it happens, I'm fortunate to have once upon a time attended live performances by Rose Maddox and by Sam Butera, too. I saw Rose in the late 1980s, and I saw Sam a few years before that -- when he was doing (what else but) a lounge act in Las Vegas!
