I had lots of folders backed up on hard drives, full of tracks that I've collected over the years. Some were old compilations I put together but haven't yet posted, and some from incomplete compilations I never finished, others just loose Blues, R&B, and Soul tracks I've gathered and lumped together. I've been wanting to sort them out and get them out for some time now. So the past week I've been busy doing just that. These tracks originally came from a wide variety of sources, some were CD rips, others vinyl LP rips, others rare 45 rips. It was a long job going through them all and many, like the old 45 rips, I ended up rejecting as there was too much surface noise & hiss. Anyway, the remaining tracks are all pretty good and have now been compiled into 3 series. 

Assorted 'Best Of' Blues & R&B Tracks - 90 volumes each containing 21 tracks.

The Very Best Of Rhythm And Blues, Raw Blues And Soul Music - 34 volumes each containing 20 tracks.

R&B SOUL - 14 volumes each containing 20 tracks.

Each volume contains lots of variety, from lots of different artists. As you all know by now I like to mix it up and always include a few strange things in my compilations. Some of these tracks have cropped up often, all over the place, over the years, while others are quite rare. So even the most seasoned Blues and R&B and Soul fans should find a few gems in these compilations. No individual covers, instead I've put together a single cover for each series. Every volume will be posted with the same cover but, of course, with individual numbers: Volume 01, Volume 02, and so on.

I'll start posting these today. There are 138 volumes total contained in the 3 series so these will run for quite a few months. As I say I've had these tracks hanging around for years, in some cases decades, and I want to get them out, so now I've finally done something with them. They are what they are, and I hope some of you will enjoy them and find some rare things you haven't come across before.
