MY COMMENTS ARE NOT SHOWING UP?
ReplyDeleteThere was an incorrect setting with the comments and I believe it's been corrected now, it's early days and there may be a few teething problems but hopefully everything will settle down nicely in the coming days.
DeleteAny cd with Patsy Cline, Johnny Horton and Charlie Pride on it is right up my alley, Thanks, Mike.
ReplyDeleteYep and plenty more goodies to come...stay tuned.

ReplyDeleteHi Bob,
been here and gone already. Really appreciate being able to visit. I wish you well with this endeavour. Listening wise most of my favourite music is by folk who have passed on. Blues and jazz starting basically when recording started does it for me and very little after 1980. Why go for the imitators? (there are exceptions though). But it's not just the music. The stories behind the music, the passage of time and the part music plays in it, the musicians, how their lives panned out and how their experiences informed their music. All this I find interesting. They may have gone but boy did they leave us some music!
Fully agree, there's lots more coming, I have a massive collection to share.
