  1. Another good one, thanks again Bob. If you decide to make more telephone volumes may I suggest Daddy, Daddy (Gotta Get A Song in My Room) by Robin Clark (1961)?

  2. Pardon my mistake Bob, she wants a phone in her room, not a song.

    1. Cheers Mike, yes Tommy Sands was quite big in movies when I was a young 'un. He was a Saturday matinee idol for a few years, then faded away.

  5. Thanks, Bob! I'm familiar with some of these tracks, but there are also several that don't (wait for it, now . . .) ring a bell. As for Tommy Sands, he seems to me just a bit under-rated as a rocker. I think his recording of "The Worryin' Kind" is great.

    1. Hi Crab Devil, glad you enjoyed this one, there will always be a few obscure tracks on these compilations. I believe Tommy Sands is still with us, and he was married to Nancy Sinatra. I seem to remember he was in movies with Sandra Dee, beach party movies that were popular when I was in my early teens.
