Track #17. First Johnny Cash Song I ever Heard. 1958 Parkland High School 9th Grade on the Rec-Room Juke Box (a place where you hung out about 10 minutes after eating Lunch). Was HOOKED forever on the Man in Black! I was Country and didn't know it.
ReplyDeleteHi moze, it's good how we can remember hearing some songs for the first time and where we were. I remember well hearing Elvis "I'm All Shook Up" the first time, standing in the kitchen of my parents house, I think I was 10, and the music went through every nerve, every bone, every muscle of my body. It was so groovy. It had a very big effect on me.
