Well here we are at the end of another year. I want to wish all the followers of this blog and your families and loved ones a fun and safe New Year's Eve and all the best for 2024. 

Nothing much is happening with us, way out here in the rice fields of NE Thailand. We'll be having dinner at a little local restaurant and will probably be fast asleep when the clock strikes midnight and it becomes 2024. However, on Jan 4, we're off to the seaside resort of Pattaya for a week (mainly to attend a couple of Hash House Harriers events) and at the beginning of March we'll fly down to Perth, Australia for a 3-month visit.

Anyway, here are my final postings for 2023:

Assorted 'Best Of' Blues & R&B Tracks Vol 12 brings you a further 21 outstanding Blues/R&B recordings from The Staple Singers, Earl Hooker, Bobby 'Blue' Bland, Little Junior Parker, Katie Webster, Ike & Tina Turner, and other greats. 

 And Soul Party Vol 65 - "Raining Teardrops" serves you up 20 tear-jerking tracks from Betty Everett, Sam Cooke, Chuck Jackson, Z.Z. Hill, Barrett Strong, Ann Hodge, Kim Weston, Freddie Scott, and many other fine soul singers.
