The Daily Chat
A chatbox where we can post comments and have discussions on artists & songs. However, if you just want to say thank you for a particular post then please continue using the usual comment box located below each post.
I hope you all like the new look blog. We had the old look for over 14 months so I thought it was time for a change.
3 posts for you again today:
"Assorted Recordings - Blues, R&B, Soul & Gospel Volume 75" (1947-2021) lots of great recordings from Clarence Gatemouth Brown, Homesick James, Chuck Berry, Howlin' Wolf, Hound Dog Taylor, Sugar Pie DeSanto, and other fine artists.
Volume 3 in the "Assorted 'Best Of' Blues & R&B Tracks" brings you Billy Boy Arnold, Billy Stewart, Little Walter, Bobby King, Johnny Acey, Bo Diddley, and others.
And "The Best Of Country, Pre-War & Acoustic Blues Volume 43 - The Mississippi Saxophone" serves you up a fine selection of early blues harmonica players. Among the artists presented here are blues harp legends: Doctor Ross, Harmonica Frank, Little Walter, Sonny Terry, Sonny Boy Williamson I, Harmonica Williams, and Big Walter Horton.
As always my friends dig in and dig the music, and don't forget to take a few seconds to post those comments. It's always good to hear from you and get some feedback.
The blog is looking good Bob and as always your compilations are top notch!
