Today we have the Best Of Country Blues Vol 06 with 23 of the finest country blues ever recorded by the giants of the genre: Robert Johnson, Mississippi Fred McDowell, Blind Willie McTell, Blind Willie Johnson, Son House, Sleepy John Estes, Big Bill Broonzy, Leadbelly, Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee, and many others.

And "Put A Little Love Into It", a soul extravaganza of 37 rare tracks by Ella Brown, Eloise Laws & Gail Anderson culled from various sessions from 1962 to 1982.

Primarily this blog features my home-made compilations. The tracks in these compilations are from many sources. Some my own rips, but the majority were obtained over the years from countless blogs: some still active, and others long since gone. So my thanks and acknowledgement goes to those who did the original rips. There are too many to name, and anyway, after so many years I no longer remember which tracks came from which source. Some officially released albums are also regularly posted, however I won't be posting any newly released albums, but old, odd, rare, hard to find, interesting, curious albums, all released long ago and brought once again to your attention as, for various reasons, they deserve another listen.
